Payment

Our payment terms and accepted methods.

All work must be paid for at the end of each visit. We accept payment by UK credit or debit card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Amex), Paypal or cash only (except by prior arrangement).

If the visit is for less than one hour, the minimum callout fee applies. If a second visit is required we will owe you the remainder of the time towards the second visit (see our Prices page for an example).

Due to the cost of administration, card payments are charged at 3.6% if ‘Swipe’ or ‘Manual Entry’ is required. These are the costs we are charged to process the transaction. We do not charge for ‘Chip & PIN’ transactions. Only UK issued cards accepted.
